Card2Leads helps businesses and professionals turn business cards into organised digital contacts. Scan or upload business cards, extract names, phone numbers, email addresses, companies and designations, review and correct the details, add labels and voice notes, and export your records as Excel, CSV or VCF files.
You can also optionally connect your Google account to save selected contacts to Google Contacts or create and update contact records in Google Sheets. Connecting Google is optional and is only requested when you choose to use a feature that needs it.

How does Card2Leads scan a business card?
You photograph a card with your phone camera or upload card images from your device, individually or in bulk. Card2Leads extracts the name, phone number, email address, company and designation, and shows the result for you to check and correct before it is saved.
Can I export contacts to Excel, CSV or VCF?
Yes. Approved contacts can be exported as Excel, CSV or VCF files at any time, so your data is never locked inside the app.
Does Card2Leads sync with Google Contacts and Google Sheets?
Yes, optionally. You can connect a Google account to save selected contacts to Google Contacts or to create and update rows in Google Sheets. Google access is requested only when you choose a feature that needs it, and it is never required to use the app.
Is there an Android app?
Yes. The Android app is on Google Play under the package name com.brillbrainsconsultants.card2leads. A web version runs in any modern browser.
How much does Card2Leads cost?
Plans are 499 rupees for one month with 150 card scans, 799 rupees for three months with 300 scans, and 2,999 rupees for one year with 1,500 scans.
How long does Card2Leads keep my card images?
Card photographs and voice recordings are deleted 90 days after the card is created. The contact details extracted from a card, and the text of any voice note, are kept for as long as you keep the record.
