- Your use will not violate the individual’s privacy or other legal rights;
- You will respect applicable requests to correct, delete or stop using the information; and
You will not use the information for unlawful marketing, spam, harassment or surveillance.
The possession, receipt or exchange of a business card does not automatically provide unrestricted permission to send marketing or promotional communications.
You are responsible for determining whether consent or another lawful basis is required before contacting a person whose information has been processed through Card2Leads.
You must not upload or process information obtained through:
- Unlawful scraping;
- Theft or unauthorised access;
- Deception or impersonation;
- Purchased databases that you are not legally permitted to use;

You authorise us and our relevant service providers to process the submitted material for these purposes.
You must not record or upload another person’s private conversation without appropriate authority or consent.
You should not include unnecessary passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, health information or other highly sensitive information in voice inputs, notes or business-card records.
Automated processing may be inaccurate. Card2Leads does not guarantee that OCR, transcription, categorisation, duplicate detection or AI-generated results will be complete, correct or suitable for your intended purpose.
7. User Review and Data Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing extracted and transcribed information before:
- Saving it as a final contact record;
- Exporting it;

8. Google Integrations
Card2Leads may allow you to connect your Google account to use features involving Google Sign-In, Google Contacts or Google Sheets.

Card2Leads is not responsible for incorrect or duplicate entries caused by inaccurate source information, incorrect user selections, third-party system behaviour or permissions granted by the user.
8.3 Existing Google data
Disconnecting Card2Leads or revoking Google permissions does not automatically delete:
- Contacts already created in Google Contacts;
- Updates already made to existing contacts;
- Data already written to Google Sheets; or
Spreadsheets created through Card2Leads.
You must delete or modify such information directly through the relevant Google service.
8.4 Google’s terms
Your use of Google products remains subject to Google’s applicable terms, policies, permissions and account restrictions.
Google is not responsible for Card2Leads, and BrillBrains is not responsible for the availability, security or operation of Google’s services.
The use of Google names or product names does not indicate sponsorship, endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.
9. Exports and Downloaded Files

- That copy is under your control;
- You are responsible for its storage and security;
- You are responsible for controlling who can access it;
- You are responsible for deleting it when no longer required;
- You are responsible for ensuring that its use is lawful; and
Card2Leads may no longer be able to retrieve, change or delete it.
Exported files may contain personal information. You must not leave them on unsecured shared devices or distribute them to unauthorised recipients.
You should verify the compatibility and accuracy of an exported file before importing it into another platform.
We do not guarantee that every third-party application will correctly interpret or import files generated by Card2Leads.

We are not responsible for communications sent outside Card2Leads using exported or synchronised information.
12. Plans, Payments and Taxes
Some Card2Leads features may be free, while others may require a paid plan, prepaid credits or another payment arrangement.
Where paid services are offered:
- Applicable prices, included usage and plan duration will be shown before purchase;
- Prices may be stated exclusive or inclusive of taxes as displayed;
- You agree to pay applicable charges and taxes;
- Payments may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider;

12.1 Renewals
A plan will renew automatically only where automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and authorised during purchase.
Where automatic renewal is enabled, you are responsible for cancelling it before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
12.2 Refunds
Unless otherwise stated during purchase, fees are non-refundable after the relevant paid service, scan allowance, subscription period or credit has been activated or used.
Refunds may nevertheless be provided:
- Where required by applicable law;
- Where an incorrect duplicate charge has occurred;
- Where Card2Leads confirms that a paid service could not be provided due to a failure under our control; or
At our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Third-party payment-gateway charges, taxes or currency-conversion charges may not be refundable where they have already been incurred.
12.3 Pricing changes
We may change pricing, usage allowances and plan features.
Pricing changes will normally apply to a future purchase or renewal and will not retrospectively reduce an already purchased fixed allowance, except where required for legal, security or technical reasons.
13. Trial and Promotional Access
We may offer free trials, promotional credits, discounted plans or early-access features.
Such offers may:
- Be limited to eligible users;
- Be available for a limited period;
- Include restricted functionality;
- Include usage limits;
- Expire if unused;
- Be withdrawn in cases of misuse; and
Be governed by additional terms displayed with the offer.
Unless expressly stated, promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or refunded.
We may modify or discontinue a free service, trial or promotional feature without liability, subject to applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
Card2Leads, including its software, interface, workflows, design, branding, databases, documentation and underlying technology, is owned by BrillBrains or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use Card2Leads for your internal lawful purposes during the period your account remains authorised.

You may provide suggestions, ideas, comments or feedback about Card2Leads.
You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify and incorporate such feedback into Card2Leads without payment or obligation to you.

18. Suspension and Termination
18.1 Termination by you
You may stop using Card2Leads at any time.
You may request account deletion through an available account setting or by contacting us.
Stopping use or deleting an account does not automatically cancel an external payment mandate unless the cancellation process displayed during purchase has been completed.

- You have violated these Terms;
- Your account is being used unlawfully;

- OAuth tokens may be deleted or rendered unusable;
- Active copies of account data may be deleted according to our retention process; and

- Data already written to Google Sheets;
- Files downloaded to your device;
- Information imported into another platform;
- Copies shared with other people; or
Information independently held by another Card2Leads user.
You should export any information you are legally permitted to retain before closing your account.
