Data Retention Policy

The default workspace policy is to retain card images for 90 days so users can verify extraction quality and resolve mistakes.

Voice-note audio is retained for 90 days so users can replay the original recording, and is then deleted automatically. The transcript and the follow-up details taken from it stay with the contact for exports and follow-up.

Saved contacts and account records are retained until the workspace owner deletes the account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — see Delete your account and data.

Routine encrypted backups are cycled out within 35 days of deletion, after which no copy of the deleted data remains. For questions, email tech@brillbrainsconsultants.com.
